BridgePoint Consulting was founded by Mona Abou Sayed, a credentialed executive coach and former senior leader with deep operational expertise. Mona has led multiple functions across the business, and most recently Enterprise Project Management Offices (EPMO), Continuous Improvement initiatives, Lean Transformation programs, and Quality Assurance functions across multiple industries. Her cross-functional experience spans product management, customer operations, HR, and manufacturing environments. She has worked closely with sales, marketing, and commercial teams, bringing a holistic perspective to organizational challenges.
